AS Roma manager Pablo Fonseca will reportedly leave his position at the end of the season amidst the transfer rumours linking him with clubs in both the Premier League and the Italian Serie A. According to the publication via Calciomercato, Fonseca will walk away from Roma at the end of his contract this summer.
Hodgson has managed to keep Crystal Palace in the Premier League during his time at the club but has struggled to turn the South London outfit into a top half team.
Apart from Crystal Palace, Pablo Fonseca has been linked with Napoli in the Italian top flight. The ex-Shakthar Donetsk and FC Porto boss could replace Gennaro Gattuso at Napoli. On his part, Gattuso has been touted as a possible replacement for Nuno Espirito Santo at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Calciomercato revealed the interest of Palace in Fonseca and also disclosed that the Roma boss is set to leave the Italian capital club in the coming weeks. He has had a tough season at Roma due to his public row with star striker Edin Dzeko as well as the ongoing problems behind the scenes at the club. Bosnian international Dzeko came close to leaving Roma during the winter transfer window earlier this year.
Apart from Fonseca, Palace have also been linked with the likes of Chelsea legend Frank Lampard, Ex-Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe and present Burnley boss Sean Dyche.
